If our shipping carrier determines that your address is inaccessible for delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can may assist you in making other arrangements. Please note that it is still your responsibility to follow our delivery guidelines.
All items will be delivered curbside only. Delivery does not include inside delivery, uncrating, or installation. Please make arrangements for unloading at your location. If you will need liftgate service, you can arrange this service in advance for an additional fee. Please speak with one of our representatives to arrange liftgate services.
For overnight or second-day delivery, an additional charge will be added to your order and indicated during checkout. Not all items are available for overnight or second-day delivery shipment. If you would like to have part of an order shipped overnight and another part shipped ground, please place two separate orders.
All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii (and other non-contiguous locations in other states) require a shipping quote and customer approval before processing. After placing your order, a shipping quote will be emailed to you for your approval.
Redelivery or Cancelled Orders
If our carrier attempts a delivery and is unable to deliver for reasons that are in your control, redelivery fees may apply. Once a shipment is in transit, new fees may apply if a change occurs in the delivery address.
If you cancel or refuse any part of your order after it has been shipped, except for damaged equipment refused at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the full amount of roundtrip shipping and handling charges, plus any applicable restocking fees.
Before returning any product, you must speak with one of our representatives to receive instructions and a return authorization number. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Returned products or equipment must be in new, unused condition and must be in their original packaging. All returns will be inspected for damage or usage prior to issuance of a credit or refund. All returns must be properly packed and shipped pre-paid. A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to the return of any regularly stocked item. Special order items are not returnable.
