Eddie V's Edgewater Grille

The Eddie V's Grille project began in late January 2002 and was completed and open for business in early May 2002. Located in sunny North Scottsdale, the project encompassed in-house layout & design, a custom equipment package and extensive smallwares package consisting of supplies, china, glassware and flatware. The creators of Eddie V's Grille wanted to combine a culinary masterpiece of fresh fish with prime meats and the beauty of the Sonoran desert. The open kitchen design allows patrons to view the expansive cook line complete with custom stainless steel serving lines and prep areas.
