Jaxon's Restaurant
El Paso, Texas

Jaxon's, with two existing locations, has been a long-time NRS customer. When owner Gary Helsten and his management team decided to open another restaurant/brew pub in a third location, they called Oscar Guerrero, their NRS sales representative.

The chosen location was a vacant franchise building. The choice meant benefiting from some existing equipment but presented the challenge of maximizing the smaller kitchen area to turn out their broad menu of made-from-scratch, freshly-prepared southwestern food.

With a concerted team effort between Jaxon's management, Guerrero, and the NRS design and fabrication departments, and careful consideration of the kitchen equipment and smallwares needed, a smooth and successful opening of the restaurant occurred.
