Bruce Gulbas
President and Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Gulbas attended the University of Texas at Austin where he
received a B.B.A. He was honored by Foley's Department Store as
the Outstanding Senior in Marketing. After graduation Bruce joined
his father, and company founder, Irving, in National Restaurant
Supply. He became president of the firm in 1977. Bruce's involvement
in the industry includes former president of Allied Buying Corporation,
Hobart Dealer Council and is currently a member of the FEDA Executive Boards, where he serves as president. Bruce also serves on the Advisory Board of
J.P. Morgan Chase/El Paso.

Brent K. Gulbas
Chief Operating Officer
Brent attended Arizona State University where he played baseball
and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1994. Upon graduating
Brent served as an intern for Senator Jon Kyl and later as an account
executive for an advertising agency in Scottsdale. He joined the
NRS team in the summer of 1996 where he worked in the sales department
for NRS in Albuquerque. Two years later he relocated back to Arizona
where he served as General Manager of the Phoenix branch. Brent
also completed course work at the University of Industrial Distribution
and is active in local restaurant associations as well as the Allied
Buying Corporation. In January 2004, Brent moved back home to El
Paso with his family and currently works in the new corporate office
location.

Donna M. Minear, CFSP
Marketing Director
Donna M. Minear, CFSP, is Marketing Director; has a B.S., in Business
Administration from the University of Kansas and is a Certified
FoodService Professional - Level 1. Donna holds a ServeSafe Food
Protection Manager Certification Course - Certificate; and is a
Certified Food Management Program Instructor - Texas Department
of Health.

R.H. (Rick) Levis
General Manager - Albuquerque
Rick Levis hails from St. Louis, MO where he entered the food service
industry in 1977. His next stop in the industry was to learn manufacturing
as National Sales Manager of SerVend International, the largest
manufacturer of ice & beverage equipment. He then accepted a position
with Engster Marketing, one of the top rep firms in the Rockies.
Covering New Mexico & El Paso from Albuquerque, Rick called on the
dealer community for three years. NRS had a need for a Sales Manager,
and Rick joined National in 2000. After one year, he was promoted
to General Manager. Rick is a graduate of Colorado College, and
studied in the University of Dallas' Graduate Management Program.
Rick also holds an instructor's Certificate in ServeSafe Food Protection.

Jim Lawrentz
Head Designer
An alumnus of The Ohio State University College of Engineering,
Jim started in this industry in Columbus, Ohio over 30 years ago.
Through his career, Jim has worked for General Mills Restaurant
Group designing and building restaurants for York Steak House, Red
Lobster, Casa Gallardo, Darryl's, and The Good Earth. He later was
Vice President of Engineering for American Metal Products, Inc.
in Orlando, Florida, designing and building restaurants and equipment
on a local level for some of the top restaurants in Florida as well
as several national chains. He built several projects for Universal
Studios Theme Park, MGM Studios and Disney World. He also designed
two restaurants for master chefs Paul Bocuse and Roger Verge as
well as remodeled their Les Chefs De France Restaurant at EPCOT
center. Jim worked with Food Service Supply in Columbia, South Carolina
designing chain restaurants for Burger King, Applebees, Denny's,
and Fuddruckers before joining the NRS team in El Paso, Texas in
1995.
